Fitness is the most important part of our lives, whether it is physical or mental. Physical fitness is described as a state of health and well-being and, more specifically, the ability to perform various aspects of sports, occupations and daily activities. Physical fitness is generally achieved through proper nutrition, moderate-vigorous physical exercise, and
enough rest.
We decided to hear from some models and find out what fitness means to them and how do they manage to stay fit along with their hectic career.
What does fitness means to you?
Fitness to me is a sort of escape! A way to focus on what’s going on
with my body, rather than what’s going on in my mind!
How do you stay fit?
I work full time and my job is very physically demanding most days. My work days normally include lifting heavy boxes above my head and literally walking/running back and forth all day! I occasionally go to the gym if I’m not too tired from work!

What does fitness means to you?
To me, fitness means to have a healthy lifestyle by pushing yourself physically, and mentally in various ways to have a happy and positive lifestyle.
How do you stay fit?
I am a choreographer at “Your Highness for Hip Hop, Heels” Jazz Funk. I dance/choreograph for multiple companies!

What does fitness means to you?
Fitness means to me that you are physically trying to be in shape. I also think that fitness means to be playing sports or being physically active.
How do you stay fit?
Eat 3 healthy meals a day, including at least 4 servings of fruits, 5
servings of vegetables, and 4 servings of dairy products. Make sure you drink plenty of fluids before, during, and after any exercise.

How do you stay fit?
For me to stay fit, I regularly workout from home. I drink nutritious
shakes and portion out my daily meals.
