Question 1. You come out to be a very strong and bold personality in your photographs, apart from those main features share some other aspects of your personality.
Awe thank you! I find myself to be outgoing and have a creative personality when it comes to working with others in the industry and in everyday life as well.
I was bullied while growing up. I was called ugly and called a boy because I had short hair. Also, I didn’t have many friends in my teens because of this. So I turned around and started dancing first actually, I taught myself because my parents couldn’t afford classes. I realized a couple of years ago that my body cannot keep up with this as a career. I tried to seek out people looking for models so I could try it out and here we are today.
This is actually my 3rd magazine cover and I feel very honored that you’ve chosen me to be your April Cover Model, thank you so much!
I run a team in Niagara, Canada that includes members from the Industry such as models, photographers, designers, artists, etc. Alongside coach models as well. We aren’t the agency officially, just a team that works together to build one another up.
I don’t look at it as an agency, as my models are all freelance actually. I’m a coach for them.
I am 5’3 and most height requirements are 5’7. Though that hasn’t stopped me much in my career besides the fact that agencies won’t sign any female under 5’7.
Practice facials in the mirror, every time.
Yes, 100% it is crucial that you receive criticism and apply it accordingly to your career, it helps you learn and grow as a person. Of course, I’ve received negative criticism, everyone does! But I don’t let it bother me, I take the information and apply it.
Be true to yourself! Don’t let anyone persuade you to do anything you’re not 100% comfortable doing.
Yes! Everyone has limits at a particular age and it can be very dangerous to push those limits for anyone.
Tyra Banks! She represents women’s empowerment, diversity, and dedication! I absolutely love what she does for the industry!
I wish people were more welcoming in the industry and weren’t so quick to judge people.
I would be in my business studies and striving to run and operate my own business while taking care of my family.
I’m dedicated. When I have a goal, I do everything in my power to attain that goal.
Live today as if there were no tomorrow. Be true to yourself.
